I'm on the fence about this. I feel like "review questions" boils down to "what's the best way to do this?" type of questions, but the reality is that there is not always a single "best" way to do things; it ultimately always depends on the starting requirements/constraints and expectations. In general for this website I'd prefer to keep the focus on well defined questions with well defined and verifiable answers. Open questions and lengthy, opinionated discussions are more suited to forums, I think. Either way it's not like "reviews" are forbidden per se, but rather the open nature of the question that invites opinions rather than real answers.
