On older GIMPs I could press the 7 key to rotate the image 90°. That doesn't work anymore. I have to select the menu Image > Transform > Rotate every single time. Where has the shortcut key gone?

I use Shift+R.

Shift+R and then Shift + MouseDrag works (it rotates by 15° steps).
I selected this as best answer because it's the only answer that works. It's a shame that it's not possible to rotate by 90° steps anymore with just one button, it's such a common thing to do!
